You acknowledge Medical Groups and Providers may communicate with you via the Service, and Samson is not responsible for the security of communications or for any loss or claims resulting from your failure to respond or comply with treatment recommendations. You directly engage with Samson as a customer for products/services, and your provided personal and health information is subject to Samson’s Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

Arbitration Notice, Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Action & Dispute Resolution Where permitted, disputes arising from your use of the Website/Service or related to these Terms must be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California. You waive your rights to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit. Arbitration costs follow the AAA’s fee schedule; each party pays their attorney fees unless otherwise stipulated by law.
